Terms & Conditions.
Fair, plain-English terms — because event terms don't need to be scary.
1. Acceptance
By registering for or attending any AASCI event, you agree to these terms in full. If you disagree with any part, please do not register.
2. Tickets & refunds
Delegate passes are personal and may be transferred once, free of charge, until 7 days before the event. Refund policy: 90% until 15 Feb, 50% until 1 Mar, 0% thereafter.
3. Conduct
AASCI is a harassment-free environment. We ask all attendees to act with respect. Serious misconduct will result in immediate removal without refund.
4. Filming & photography
Sessions are recorded. By attending, you consent to your image being used in AASCI's non-commercial marketing. Opt-out at registration if you prefer.
5. Sponsors
Sponsor deliverables and payment schedules are governed by the individual sponsor agreement signed with AASCI.
6. Force majeure
AASCI may reschedule or move any event online in the event of force majeure (pandemic, natural disaster, government order). Digital pass equivalence is guaranteed.
7. Liability
AASCI is not liable for personal injury, loss of property or travel expenses beyond the ticket price paid.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
